Regarding form 107

I had submited my form 108 on 1/3/2012. but i got reply that i have excess leave of 52 days , but the reply was received on 17/10/2012. now what date should i re-register on, and what excess fee should be paid. Please do reply?

Date of completion of my articleship is 24 august 2013 but it is extend up to 30 sep 2013.

which form required to be submit to ICAI form 108 or form 107 or both? Please suggest me.

I have taken transfer within 1 year of my articleship. Leaves taken by me in my previous firm is totalling to 30days. Now, in my recent firm, I have taken very less leaves and i am not getting extension peiod in my recent firm. Infact days i have worked are enough to compensate my previous firm's leaves. So my query is that, will those 30 days become my extension period which i have taken in my previous firm or I can take set off against excess days worked?

Kindly reply me asap since Completion date of my articleship is 07th March 2015.

Required your assistance in filing Form 107. My articleship was completed on 12.02.2015 but there was a delay of 2 months by me in submitting Form 108. On submission of form 108 in April, i recieved a letter from ICAI on 15/06/2015 wherein it was mentioned that there has been an extension of 64 days due to excess leave which needs to be served by filing form 107. I have already served my extension with my principal from Febuary-April. How should i mention these things in from 107 ?. Please advice as i dont wish to pay any condonation fees to ICAI.

Also advice is required regarding filling the 1st page of Form107

i have received a letter for icai for extension of 86 days. my articleship completed on 26 june 2015, and i was filled form 108 on 13 july,2015 . can i fill form 107 for extended period under same principal & what is the maximum time period for filling 107 ? 

hello... I want to know reagrding the extension of my artcicleship... I got the letter from institute stating that i have taken exess leave of 8 days... firstly when i started my articelship i took transfer within 1 month and  there was extension of 17 days...... with my second principal i completed my remaining period with extension of 60 days including 17 days  exess leave taken earlier..... my articleship was to be completed on 27/02/2015... bt i took leave from 19/01/2015 n again joined on 18/05/2015 and completed 60days of exess leave on 17/07/2015... after submiting 108 form i got the letter stating that i have taken exess leave of 8 days.... bt i have already compensated the extend period... in 108 i have mention leave of 140 days.... so help me what procedure i have to follow now as i have to fill exam form for nov15 exam.... will this matter will affect in examination form....

can any one help me in filling the form 107.i taken extra 5 days leaves.mail me scanned copy of 107 and re-registered articles form 103 of any one on my mail id:md.akbars1991 @ gmail.com....pls
