Refiling old itr4

Respected sirs,

Thank you for all the services, and your precious time. sir in the fin year 2015-2016 I had filled wrongly the ITR 4 form. in filling under 44 A section .i did not file the details, though it was assessed, there is no demand etc. but the it dept sent a notice under sec 139. can I re-file the return with the same particulars, data?  will there be a fine for late filing? i want to remove the notice from my box
