EEPC India has raised FY 21-22 Membership renewal Invoice in Sep 22 and the same is received on 18 Nov and payment will be released in Nov..will there be any issue wrt GSTR 3B and other returns? EEPC will not change Invoice date. Kindly guide.

No problem. You can take the ITC in November as the bill has already been shown by the supplier on or before availing ITC.
