If a company is engaged in the business of running an amusement park,what is the appropriate Depreciation rate? is it 13.91% or 40%

In companies act has been provided the rate only for minimum rate , you can fixed as per the best assumption or status of your assets.
here you are talking about amusement park , that have more uncertainity in business go for higher rate.
