Cancel articleship form

Please tell me the procedure how to do it.

I have searched ssp portal up and down but can't find any relevant tool to delete 102.

Please guide It would be really helpful.

Go to ssp portal and take the number from there. If you got , ignore  if not pls mail me

Hello. I submitted my form 102 but my form 103 was sent back as I did not update my training details in my basic profile. Now I want to change my firm, will my case be a transfer case? Because the form has been sent back to me for correction after it was rejected by the regional office. Also, in this case, can I cancel my form 102 and start fresh in a new firm?
