Please have a look on this form 16
Now what shall be income from salary and where to fill the deductions..I use ITR-4 because professional income of 20000 is also there.

You mean Rs. 802293 will be fiilled in " income from salary" in return filing. And why gross salary amount is not considered? Please explain.

I will remove the 80c column amount..but I have expenditure of Rs. 5800 per month for rent, and Rs 15000 as tuition fee..

Also you can enter the Tution fee amount and the House Rent amount.... in 80C column.
Rs. 802293 - Rs. 20800 (80C) = 781493...
You can get refund Rs. 4285.
After your filling you get notice/intimation for Mismatch in FORM 16 and ITR1. You ll file responce ITR is correct. Bcoz, You can't enter the details in FORM 16 of Rent & Tuition Fees. So, you get the details in your hand...
