PLEASE ADVICE, I AM PURCHASING A FLAT.THERE ARE 4 SELLERS JOINTLY FROM WHICH 2 ARE PIO. THE PURCHASE CONSIDERATION FOR THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS 1.75 CRORE, AND THE AMOUNT PAYABLE TO PIO IS 43.75 LAKHS. THE PIO HAS PAN CARD. PLEASE ADVICE THE RATE AT WHICH THE TDS SHOULD BE DEDUTED. FURTHER IF POSSIBLE PROVIDE A RELEVENT LINK OF THE SOURCE OF SUCH INFORMATION.
