sir i have sent my ipcc examination form via speed post to icai delhi but it is wrongly sent to some other place by post office as i checked in speed post status i have file a complaint in post office...in this situation wheter icai will accept my exam form if late late delivered to icai..thanks sir plz answer me i am very much tensed

please guide me regarding my registration for CA Finals. I have passed PCC in may 2012 exams and result was declared on 7 August 2012. and is it that we have to register after 21 days of declaratipn of result? due to some unaviodable reasons i could not. please guide me now when can i register and what will be my aatempt for finals?
