I just want to know that there are thousands of coaching institutes which are opened in each and every street of india and providing coaching for classes 9th/10th/11th/12/ and also for college students. Are they legally registered or they just put A Banner outside their premises and operate without registeration and without proper accounting. As We know on providing coaching to students, there is GST so what if we run without registeration as it leads to heavy evasion of GST.

I have completed my itt and gmcs course by January 2019.I have cleared my CA Final in May 2018. I wish to apply for membership and COP. If i apply in February and receive the membership no. and COP by March, do i have to pay the renewal fees again in April? What is the best option whether to obtain it in Feb to March or wait till April and then apply?

Hi , When i started my carrier , i have taken salary on hand. So there is no bank transaction and tax filling . I have realised very late. Now i want submit do tax filing for 2010 and 2011. Please help me how to do.

My accountant skip 1000 invoices by clerical mistake. And before the mistake has been caught further 200 invoices has been issued with E-way bills. What shall i do??

Hello sir, my trust is registered under section 12A which form I should have to fill up whether it will be 10B or it will be 10BB. according to me form 10BB is to be fill up by any trust in case if he is getting exemption under section 10 (23)c but my trust is registered only under section 12A therefore I fill up form 10B but from income tax side I have received an email which state that my return will be considered to be defective in case if I don't fill up form 10BB. thank you
