    Dear sir, we Have a newly formed Public Limited Company with a turnover of Rs. 16,00,000 only with an Authorization share of 5 Lakhs.we did not appionted auditors so far as we are completed our first financial year. he is maintaining the books of accounts and claims that his books of account is correct, as i as a director feels theres lots of manupulation taken places. please suggest us how we have to appiont an external auditor. as considering to me i am a minor share holders and the major share holders are not allowing me to do so, what i have to do, please suggest me

    Dear Sir, Would you Please tell me the ideal accounting treatment for booking of export sales and their realisation through EEFC account. When should the foreign exchange loss/ gain be recognised? Sales booked at Rs. 40000(Rs. 40 x $1000) Receipt in EEFC acc = $ 1000 (Exchange rate on that date = Rs. 42) Do i need to book Gain of Rs. 2000 evenif I dont convert them into Rs.? If yes, whether such unrealised gain will be taxable? While restating EEFC acc on Balance sheet date, how shall i compute translation loss if rate on balance sheet date = Rs. 45 per $?

    Hello Sir, We are manufacturer of rcc cement pipes at hyd,we are selling our goods at 14.5% vat.Now the query is: ABC our old customer has bagged tender from govt.for rcc pipes, he approched us for supplying pipes & in return of VAT @ 14.5% would give us FORM 501B. What is it..how do we show in form apvat200, how much vat should we charge him.. in invoice how to show tax rate? plz answer my query sir,, thanking you. Mahesh Tiwari-9392454427.
