Dear sir, i am an articled clerk i filed a form 5 to increase authorize capital of a company from 1 lac to 20 lac. while filling form, by mistake filled in the issued & subscribed capital area with the amount of authorized capital of rs. 20lac. this e form has been approved and the company master data is showing paid capital of rs. 20lac. I met Assistant Registrar of ROC delhi & haryana for this matter, he told me that if i have not filed form 2 for the allotment,but when we file the form 2 for this company there should not be problem. as per there guidance i tried to file a Dummy form2 for allotment of share of rs. 15 lac, it was filled successfully, and the system shown pay fee screen but i didn`t generated the challan. so sir, please guide me to resolve this problem, whether my problem can be resolved by filling form 2 or do i need to do something else......

wrongly mentioned the purchaser tin no. we have a purchase bill but mention the tin no is wrong. the party is other state account. i filed returns an claimed input tax. but efiling mismatch the party name. we eligible for input tax or we will pay the extra amount means input tax amount. please give me the reply.
