Hello Sir, Can you please answer below Query on HUF Facts of the Case are below: (1) Bigger HUF consist of MR.A (Karta)his wife and Son Mr.B , B's Wife & B's son Master C (Minor) (2) Smaller HUF consist of Mr. B, B's Wife & Master C (Minor) Case 1:MR.A died in accident due to which now Mr.B is Karta in Bigger HUF as well as Smaller HUF. Is it possible to have two HUF? Case 2:In case MR. A died after Mr. B's Son C become Major.Is it possible to have two HUF? OR in both the above two HUF's possible. Please if possible support your answer with Case law

SIR, I m a student of pe-2 which last attempt is in the coming may 2010, I want to ask that for Business and corporate law & for Auditing which writer’s book (in question answer format) would help me to fetch max marks . I heard about G.K. Kappor (for law) & G.Shekar (for audit & also for law). Actually I want a book (in a question answer format) of which language should be of BARE ACT or ICAI STUDY MATERIAL.
