    Dear Rupesh, 1. I am a serving defence personnel, serving under defence ministry. I am a domiciled citizen of state Sikkim. 2. I was posted in Sikkim for about one and a half year. 3. As per the sec 10(26AAA) of income tax rule, people of Sikkim, holding Sikkim subject/domicile containing volume number are totally exempted from paying all kind of income tax including salaried income. 4. Can you guide me if I am also exempted from paying income tax during the period I served in Sikkim ? 5. I have been posting this query of mine since long time, but no one is answering to me. Once again I would like to humbly request you to answer my query, I am ready to pay fee if any for your expert advice. Regards ! Sanu sanusubba2505@gmail.com

    sir,if one person has taken voluntary retirement in 06.08. 2012 and from aug 2012 to july 2014 pension he is received in aug 2014 as arrear of pension Hellth fund Rs. 180 and welfare fund rs. 80 is recovered from pension from aug 2012 then how to show this two amount in ITR and is he is eligible for relief for this two amount please guide me for this two amount tax liablity

    Hi i am Sagar , i have cleared my ipcc group 1 in nov 14 exams , and will be giving my second group exam in november 15. I gave 5 attempts to clear the first group ipcc. But i am quite confident that it wont take such a long time to clear my second group. I wanted some help regarding the articleship i recently joined a medium Firm which has many clients one includes manufacturing company but m accompanied with other article expirenced colleagues and i feel like left out, and i will be sitting idle as they do all work sometimes, without teaching me any thing or giving some petty things to do. So plzz Help me to improve myself in this career and the basic important thing to be kept in mind while doing Internal audit. PLzz reply
