  • MANAV says : conversion of 2 proprietorship in to 1 pvt co.
    Can exemption be availed u/s. 47 in respect of Capital Gain if two proprietorship firms are converted in to pvt. ltd. co. and each proprietor will be given 50% voting power (50%+50%=100%) and other conditions are satisfied? And what about stamp duty on immovable properties transferred to pvt. ltd. co. in the above way? Can stamp duty be fully escaped in whole scheme?

    we had subcontracted local vendor for civil work in Karnataka SEZ, Now We are going to Bill to Public Ltd Co. billing description are as below. Our query in this regards are as following 1. we unable to keep track record of Material to be used in WCT can we use composition tax if yes then what rate should we charge to OMPL 5% or 5.5% 2. Can we get set off in composition scheme 3. What is the Regular Tax Rate in Karnataka for WCT (CIVIL, Installation of Plant & Machinery, ERECTION & Commissioning ) 4.     Sir, I purchased Rice from supplier by cash / on credit basis 1) How to enter payment for cash 2) How to enter in purchase option F9. 3) How to pass a journal entry And How to nullify if purchases made on credit basis from Aditya group. I am following the method is entering payments in F5 payments option. And nullifying the accounts sundry creditors if Credit basis sales on F7 Journal. P & L and Balance Sheet showing good. Is this procedure good or suggest me a good procedure.
