    hello sir, my question is, i have paid Rs 300000 as booking amount of a residential house property in jan 2012. it is just a booking amount. can i claim the deduction of this amount u/s 80C while filling return for assmnt yr 2012-13

    Sir, I have your authorised book"TAXATION OF LLP".I am refering this from view point of study..but I have some problems like 1.whether Deemed Dividend provisions will be come into picture while converting Pvt ltd co into LLP whereby its only conversion and not liquidation?? 2.valuation of closing stock.. on 27.12.2011, I called to you regarding querry of valuation of Cls. Stock & you told it will be at market price ..as per wellknown case law "A L A firm Vs. CIT" . But sir it is related to dissolution of Pertner ship firm and not conversion of Pvt ltd co in to LLP...
