About me

I am T S V Diwakar, Advocate & Tax Consultant and also an Arbitrator and Conciliator.  I am the founder of CARD GROUP, A house of professionals taking up like VAT, GST, Income Tax, Service Tax, Central Excise, ROC, Matters relating to Civil and Criminal Procedures and also accepting for Arbitration and Conciliation matters under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. For providing awareness among Trade and Industryconducting seminars, workshops and awareness through electronic media.

    I am an advocate specialised in Arbitration & Conciliation Matters. Apart from I am an expert in taxation matters specially sales tax. I am an author of 'A guide on APVAT Act, 2005' and 'Law and Practice ADR Methods'
