    if for the same salary arrears if provident fund is deducted [ section 80C of chapter VI] ;is it allowed as deduction while computing relief under section 89[1]

    Thank you SIR for your kind reply, but ICAI officers do not agree with you . I have enquired from them. They suggest to try IGNOU or BHARTTIDASAN UNIVERSITY for exemption of some subjects but they say graduation is a must for any post graduation course. THEY DO NOT THINK ICAI PASS CERTIFICATE IS SUFFICIENT FOR THIS PURPOSE.

    We do labour contract and small fabrication. We receive bent steel angles/beams from customer & streighten it and send to customer. Is this VAT exmpt? What is the commodity code to be put in VAT return. Regards, Bala
