    hey thankx for that reply bro..:-)and one more doubt and am sorry for disturbing so lot...sorry mainly bcz i took up postal course and these regional council ppl are not at all co-operating wheneve i ask them any doubt..:-(..so dont mind..i fall under southeren council so i can approach any chapter within it right??
