Respected Sir, My articleship period was from 25/09/2007 to 24/03/2011,but due to excess leave for exams,i have yet to do 10months more.... so sir can i take secondment or transfer for this period of 10 months ?? what is the procedure ?

hello, i have a trading business. i have gross turnover of Rs. 55 lakhs for F.Y.2010-2011 and i want to declare my income @ 5 %. can Amended Section 44AD allows me to do so in F.Y.2010-2011? will Audit U/s 44AB applicable for F.Y.10-11?

sir can i attempt 4 nov 11..my article statuus is as follows..i had taken t/f n re-registered on 4-8-2010..frm den i hav left wid intrnship of 1 yr 8 month n 11 days..with xtra leave of 119 days..plz help me out can i appear 4 nov 11 ca final...

sir, what happen my articleship period is 09-10-2007 to 08-04-2011. i have taken transfer from my old employer from 15-09-2009 but ICAI doesn't approved the tranfer in between those period i submitted form 102,103 to institute and join new firm for remaining period of article ship. regarding transfer i does not received any letter from ICAI whether it is approved or not so i m thinking that i hav terminated from old firm but wen i check it from ICAI site than i know i m still registered with old employer. when i told this situation to old employer then he told me that ur tarmination is accepted and i hav letter but institute told me that ur termination is not accepted and no letter regarding above subject given to any body.now my old employer don't want listen any thing regarding above subject.i totally block in this situation. because of this my old employer told me that you have to do ur articleship again. but my articleship get over in current employer. so please give me solution to remove from this problem
