CA Rownak Jain says : Articleship Extension
My Articleship is getting over on 09/09/2014 i have Excess leave of 57 days , which means my extension starts on 10/09/2014 to 05/11/2014, but i am going on CA final Leave from 10th Sept onwards My principal is saying To fill form 107 from 10/09/2014 to 05/11/2014 and when i returns from leave on 25/11/2014 again an extension from 25/11/2014 + 57 days... is it correct?? Plz reply !!

Sir, there is one of my client dealing Electronic Goods. In this f.y. his turnover is 3 Lacks still now. Can I apply for VAT & CST Registration on permanent basis? Shall security money be deposited?

sir, i completed 1 year of articalship now my sir force me to take transfer eventhough i complete my year of articalship. he asked me that even if i dont put transfer, he terminate me .i m in ahmedabad city . after months my ipcc attempt due, i register under direct entry schme, please help me , what can i do ?
