Hello, I have commenced my articleship on 31.1.2015 which is the date i am supposed to start my articleship to appear for IPC in november 2015 since i am a Direct Entry Scheme student. the problem is since i did not know about all these franking and filling up dates, i have not yet filled up for 102 or 103. I did not stamp my 102 on 31.1.2015 too. My query is : 1. Can i put date of commencement of articleship in 103 as 31.1.2015 now ? if yes, then can the date of date of execution of deed be different from date of commencement of articleship? 2.when should i stamp 102 i.e. before filling the dates of after? 3. The date of execution refere to the date of stamping and not the date filled up in 102 right? Please Help ASAP. Thanks.
