Dear Sir one of my client has to register nidhi company but his previous lawyer registered his company as simple public limited company . so he wants to get registration under section 406 of Companies Act 2013 (section 620a of companies act 1956) can you plz tell me the conversion procedure , what should i do . i'll be very thankful to you.
