In 2008, a individual took a unit linked LIC of premium 20000/- for 20 years. He paid premium for total 3 years. Now in the current year he has redeemed the policy and received Rs 90000/-. What is the tax treatment??

Respected Sir, When a company is converted from pvt ltd to a public ltd company what happens to its bank account status??? How soon the change must be intimated to the concerned bank??? Can a company after conversion to a public limited still continue to hold a bank account in the old name of the pvt ltd company??? If they have such account for a long time and continue to transact business in that account for years together is it illegal? if so what action can be taken against them??? Thank you

Dear Sir, I want to know about the various provisions applicable under various statues when the sole proprietorship business is taken over by a limited company. The Managing director of the company is the proprietor of the business which is being takeover. I also want to know about the manner of discharging the purchase consideration whether through shares or through Cash??? And is there any condition or legal requirement on shares issued by company.And what kind of resolution required and whether it is required to intimate ROC . The discharging amount of purchase consideration if transfer as shares , Capital gain is applicable or not. Please reply soon its urgent.

i am a final student (pcc) i am applying for nov-15 exam i want clarification regarding getting attestation in exam application form whether it should be attested only by my principal under whom i have completed my articles or is it possible to get attestation from any member of the institute. kindly clarify.
