Heelo Sir..We have authorised Preference Share capital of Rs 1 Lac However there is no Issued Or Subscribed or Paid up Capital of Preference shares.. But in MGT-7 form they are not allowing us to write "Zero" 0 in Paid up/Subscribed/Issued Preference share capital saying that the number has to be greater than "0".. Please Help

Hello Sir, I have below mentioned queries -- A dealer registered himself in 2012 under MVAT Act when he started manufacturing business. He received the registration certificate also. He did manufacturing business in 2012-13.But from 2013-14 he stopped the manufacturing business and started doing works contracts business under construction which he continued in the same VAT no. till date. He also changed the place of business in Jan 2015. Questions: 1.How to intimate VAT authority about the change of nature of business and change of business place after so many years? 2.Can VAT authority consider the amendments in RC w.e.f.2013 if application is made now? 3.What would be the correct approach to resolve this isssue? Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

I have done CS,without taking institute permission,now if the CA institute comes to know about it, what will be the consequences about it....? And the remedy available to me? Is there any compounding form which can be submitted?
