Dear Sir My friend is software programmer employed in IT Company from where is earn the salary income. during the F Y 2015-16 very first time he also provide his consultancy to other IT firm in nature software programming guidance and earn 3 lacs ( TDS deducted 30000) weather he is required t maintain books of accounts ? and to file the ITR with p&l and B/s . he has total expense of 180000 to earn his income of consutalncy and thus his net income is 120000

hello...i have a doubt regarding my articleship. Institute has sent me a letter stating that i have taken excess leave of 8 days.. This excess period of 8 days implying continuous 8 days including Sundays or just working days?? I will be very grateful if u could clear my doubt

i have a money execution decree against a pvt ltd co.based in Delhi ,the co. has not filed IT return for last 7 yrs and siphoned funds through sale of property and cash withdrawal and large expenses in the first 4 yrs of litigation.now co. is bankrupt i want to file a IT complaint about IT evasion , pls guide as to how to proceed .
