Dear Sir, Q.1 I have pending to fill Return of service tax of an hotel for the following period: 1) April 2011 to Sept. 2011 2) Oct. 2011 to March 2012 3) April 2012 to June 2012 So, What is the abatement percentage for above mentioned retun period respectively Q.2 Abatement is on only on the BASIC RATE or also on EC & HEC Thanks in advance!
