DEAR SIR/MADAM DURING THE UPLOADING OF DSC I AM GETTING A POP WINDOW SAYING THAT PLEASE UPLOAD THE LATEST DSC WHICH REGISTER IN E FILING APPLICATION. BUT DSC HAS GOT VALIDITY UNTILL 2014 THEN WHY IT WAS SHOWN LIKE THAT? KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT TO BE DONE.

DEAR SIR, REGARDS. I'VE CONSTRUCTED A COVERED GODOWN UNDER PEG SCHEME 2008 FOR GUARANTEED HIRING OF 7 YEARS. THE TENDER ASKED FOR BIDS INCLUSIVE OF SERVICE TAX. PLEASE CLARIFY AS MY AGREEMENT IS FOR 'LEASE ONLY' ..NO SERVICES.. WILL I BE LIABLE TO PAY SERVICE TAX. DOES THE CLAUSES FROM THE NEGATIVE LIST 'RENTING OF LEASING OF VACANT LAND WITH OR WITHOUT STRUCTURE INCIDENTAL TO ITS USE' OR 'WAREHOUSING OF AGRI PRODUCE' ETC. BENEFIT ME IN ANY WAY. PLEASE ADVISE.
