I have completed by b.com with 70% .and I have passed cpt in 2010 and registered for ipcc both groups with ATC But not for articles. in 2011. can I join into articles training if so these training period is included in 3 years training period or not...? and can I appear for ipcc exam during my articles

i have sent my ipcc examination form via speed post to icai delhi but it is wrongly sent to some other place by post office as i checked in speed post status i have file a complaint in post office...in this situation wheter icai will accept my exam form if late late delivered to icai..thanks plz answer me i am very much tensed
