Its a ray of hope from you for the appropriate guidance on ths isssue below - We have imported machine under EPGC Scheme and now planning to sell the machiney, nor export obligation is fullfilled and nor 5 years completed. we will take permission of te appropriate authority fior the same but kindly guide while selling such machine what should be the component of commercial invoice i.e. Taxes, duties(custom), others .
