Dear Sir I would like to know from your side.Due to some reason we delay the Service tax return. period is october 2009 to march 2010. but some reason we failed to submit a service tax return on july 2010. That we already deposit Rs 2000 for the penalty. with amount of Rs 3lac. So i would like to know from your if we submit a service tax return in this month. so, how much will pay penalty if any or not
