Dear Mr.Verma., the case is as follows: A is a merchant exporter having regn with excise as trader of excisable goods. A got an orderfrom B forsupply of CG against invalidated EPCG. A wants to manufacture the goods by using a supporting manufactuer. Can A apply for advance lic for importof raw materials?

An Indian Company paying container freight to the company in "Belgium". Can you please tell me the rate of TDS to be deducted? and Is there any provisions for getting 0% rated from the assessing officer for that payment?

Dear Mr. Verma Our company has applied for RCMC with CHEMXIAL export promotin council which deal in Chemical and pharmacuetical. Now our one product is by product which falls in Plastic. so Now should I Apply for RCMC with Plastic Export promotion coucil or one RCMC is enough for taking benefits or for doing export
