an employee having 5 years and 6 months of service, with last drawn basic is 35800 and 10 months average basic is 35800. actual leave encashment received Rs.57831/-. what going to be leave encashment in this case

Hi Sir, We are a subsidiary company in India and our parent company is in the USA.We are covered by Transfer Pricing. We are into software development and export to our parent company only. We are not registered with STPI or do not have a bonded premise. When our employees go to onsite and while returning to India they bring mobiles/ipods/ipad etc for testing the software developed here. They dont bring the Invoice or Debit note, infact no documentation at all. As there is no invoice or debit note, I am unable to account the same as assets in my books. Please tell me the correct procedure to be followed to bring these equipments for testing purpose. Kindly request you to reply to the same at your earliest convenience. Regards.

We are registered under society act 1860 and have 12A and 80G certificater. We are now doing environment awareness streetplays organized by another ngo. How much TDS they should deduct, if the payment is above Rs 40,000/- ? Pls respond ujaidr at gmail com
