Dear Mr Ramesh, I want to import a pen( ballpoint) which comes separately with a flash memory drive. My query is a) if i import separately the items will i save duty b) under what classification does this fall c) What is the separate duty rates in yr 2011-12.I will be grateful for your advice. Dear Ramesh, Can you help me for my following quary ? As per Excise tariff some unit of measurment is shown in KG. But if an item can be sale in terms of KG and in units as well.
