We have a manufacturing unit in baddi, for direct exports/Third party exports, we want to utilize CENVAT credit (Rg-23A Part-1 & -II Input credit)for export material only and claim for rebate. would like to know is there such procedure for Baddi units. help us with circular/notification no.
