Sir, my friend purchase flat in 2009. flat is ready possession flat. Please tell me whether he applicable to pay 5% vat which is charged right now? or if yes then on which amount he need to pay vat. full amount of agreement or part of it?

Dear Sir, I know without Digital key we cant process any application, but my question is what is t base which base on we get lic.? that mean, we should submit EP copy along with BRC and online application. isnt it ?

Thanks for reply to my query , iam again writing .To make the shipment one of my relative is having IE CODE No.issued in 2004 and he has not made any export till date also his Bank account is closed and he staying abroad. He has offered me his IE CODE for export purpose can i use his I E CODE AND OPEN THE BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN IN THE SAME BANK BUT IN MY NAME ? CAN I EXPORT THRU HIS IE CODE ? AWAITING YOUR REPLY. Dear Sir, First pls accept my thanks for reply to my query. As i does not hold any IEC CODE NO. I want to get Buyer payment in my Bank account and want to execute the shipment by suppli er ie SHIPPING BILL CAN BE PASSED BY SUPPLIER and i want to send Bank Doc in My Name to my Buyer can i do this ? is it permitted ? i would appreciate your reply.
