Dear Experts/Members, Kindly guide me for below mentioned matter:- our company has issued 9% Redeemable Optionally Convertible Preference Shares.my query is:- 1. Dividend Payable or not 2. how much/ is it can be less than maximum limit or prior approval will be required from Pref. Shareholder ? KINDLY SUGGEST ME THE ANSWER IN Relation to Accounting Standard-4 (Contingency and events occurring after the B/S date) and Accounting Standard for EPS. Soliciting your Earliest Reply... Good Morning Sir, I am still not clear, would be thankful if you can help me . We applied for 1500 kg Advance Licence and have already exported 1000 kg of the same product , but would not like to go for another export of 500 kg , hence want to go for the short closuer of the licence.Havent yet imported anything. So my questions to you are :- 1. Can the licence be short closed and can we get EODC 2. After geting EODC can we import the input items as per the SION norms. 3. What all documentation is required to be submitted to Jt.DGFT. Thanking you in advance Shachi

Dear Sir, The goods were transferred into an SEZ for electrical installation (Cables) but were not completely consumed for the said purpose. Such goods were neither sold nor billed to the SEZ Unit. Can such goods be received back into DTA without payment of customs, as such goods are no longer required into SEZ. Kindly comment at your earliest.

Dear sir, Would like to know What is the Procedure for the Short-Closure of Advance Authorisation ? Have exported 500 kg of goods out of 1500 kg under Advance Licence without any imports made. But would be willing to make an import after geting E.O.D.C. PLz help with the procedure and required documents to be submitted for the same. Rgds Shachi
