Dear Ramesh ji, i have no idea about trademark so please help me i just wanna know my client is manufacturing product from third party ...he is started his product manufacturing from 2010( august) n applied for trademark in Nov 2011 now problem is this that with same name someother person has also applied it in jan 2011 but my client is using that product from august 2010 now at presenr otherperson name is registered n my client application is pending what should u suggest

Where goods are exported on advance payment, our customer has rejected goods & we dont want to bring goods in India as logistic cost would be higher than such goods. Do we need to comply with any procedure as per custom, excise or vat for refunding such money to customer. As we have exported without payment of excise / service tax & vat do we need to pay such authority ?
