Sir, I purchased Rice from supplier by cash / on credit basis 1) How to enter payment for cash 2) How to enter in purchase option F9 And How to nullify if purchases made on credit basis from Aditya group. I am following the method is entering payments in F5 payments option. And nullifying the accounts sundry creditors if Credit basis sales on F7 Journal. P & L and Balance Sheet showing good. Is this procedure good or suggest me a good procedure.

A trust created on 16/05/2011 has not renewed its trust registration till 23/12/2012. Is there any liability for failure to renewal of registration after completion of one year?
