dear sir,i have to do an audit of import purchases. could u pls tell me the documents to be checked and how to make the checking of them??

Please help me Mr. Ramesh. I am working for a exim company in karnataka. we do buy goods from domestic companies as well as from foreign companies. while doing import purchases, 4%SAD we have to pay. this can be claimed on producing the invoices which belong to goods in that particular bill of entry. we do accounts in tally. while entering import purchases, is there any way we can put the bill of entry number so we will know this quantity of goods is in hand out of the total qty of that bill of entry. please note that we make 20-30 import purchases in a month. Kindly help.

sir please clear me earlier i had mentioned 18-12-2012 on moa and aoa pages because of not writing no.of shares in words, i was told to resubmit. now yesterday i prepared fresh moa and aoa got it signed on the same day by subscribers and today i am resubmitting to ROC . now sir please tell me the date i should mention on mao and aoa pages.
