sir , I am working in a firm from last 3 months but i have to transfer please tell me rules & regulations of ICAI for transfer within one year. Whether i have to take prior approval from Institute or Not.

We are member of STPI, Gandhinagar. Our LOP expires in March 2013, Few questions: 1. There is no tax benifit after Mar'11, shall we wait for the new scheme and go for renewal or we should debond the unit. 2. If we do debond, do we still need to submit softex form? Dear Sir, If there are 2 companies carrying same name and are exporters too - will the IEC still be issues with out name conflicts? the companies are not related or a branch. For Example my Company is EO and i also found there is another company EO also an Exporter how can they issue iec to both companies using same name? Kindly advice -
