I am1st attempt Professionally Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA.), Company Secretary (CS.), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA.), Master in Business Administration (MBA.), Certified in International Financial Reporting Standard (CIFRS.) and Commerce Graduate with 10 years’ experience in Finance Accounts, Controlling, Commercial and Business Finance.

My Professional Experience includes experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Finance & Project Controlling, Managing the Order to Cash Process (O2C), Corporate Finance, Implementation & Training on IFRS, MIS Reporting, Auditing, Budgeting & Forecasting, Receivable & Payable Management, Team Management, Internal Control, Credit Control, liaising with Banks, Consolidation of Financials, and Valuation of Pvt. TDS on payment to NRI Dear Sir, Pls help me on the following matter. we have hired consultants engineers to work in South Africa on behalf of our company, We generate our invoice to Africa and receive the payment in USD. Now we have to make the payment to Consultants Engineers who works in South Africa on behalf of our company, In that case, IF he does not stayed in india for less than 182 days in a FY and become a NRI, Our consultants make invoice to our company and asked for release the payment to his NRI account. ( Now the case is he rendered his services out side india and his consultancy charges is payable in India, by our compnay. q1) In that case should we deduct a TDS on his consultancy payment. sir i am c.a. final student i have starts my articleship from 17th of january 2008 now i want to take transfers from my principal because he force me to work up to 8:00 pm from 11:oo am on a regular basis.stipend being rs.1500 pm paid it timely to me but overall my c.a final study being interupted. so i want to take articleship under another principal which generally taking time from me 12:00am to 4:00 pm on an alternate basis . my final attempt being held on may 2010 and my 2 year articleship being completed in jan2010. so what shall i do sir!!!!!!!''
