Please help karo sir. 1)Artilce 215. High Courts to be courts of record Every High Court shall be a court of record and shall have all the powers of such a court including the power to punish for contempt of itself. In this abovementioned i dont understand the meaning of to be courts of record means what ? 2)(2) A person shall not be qualified for appointment as a Judge of a High Court unless he is a citizen of India and (a) has for at least ten years held a judicial office in the territory of India; In this i am not able to understand the what do u mean by held a judicial office and there are how many types of judicial office are there or we can call them judicial office ? 3)Holding Co A/c Notes with the basic examples & than little bit more tuff.means first how to calulate coc, minority interest etc.i would like to have many problems or sums about the minority interest calculation & coc calcualtion than i will able to solve the other problems . sir please help karo because i have to clear by m.com with good marks as i not able to higher the class please help me on the above topic as i am also doing law studies please sir please help karo. email id : vyas_pratikca@yahoo.com Mumbai.
