Composed "SARASWATI VANADNA" in an Educational Tele Film "Disha." The same was performed by me in "chandrakosh raag" as a Playback Singer.

I have interest in meditation, yoga, vastu, sanskrut and homeopathy.

I have made a research on mantra-vigyan and swar-vigyan with the help of astrology.

NOTICE SERVED ON MY CLIENT, WHO HAD PURCHASED OFFICE SPACE FROM THE BUILDER. BUILDER IS LIABLE TO PAY HUGE SUM TO TAX DEPT.MY CLIENT HAD PURCHASED OFFICE SPACE 3 YR PRIOR, AND ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN DONE TO BUILDER . NOW WHT SHOULD THE CLIENT DO, 1) SHOULD HE REPLY BACK TO THE COMMISSIONER WHO HAD SENT SUCH LETTER TO MAKE PAYMENT TO TAX DEPT FOR THE AMOUNT ANY DUE AND IS PAYABLE TO BUILDER 2) IGNORE THE NOTICE PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD MD

Respected Sir One education society is Running from last 10 years & they didnt filed the IT return & turnover is below 1crore & surplus is also less than 10000. My question is that should i suggest them to file return of last two year or 1 year or any suggestion ?

respected sir, when we convert capital asset into SIT THEN ITS TAXABLE UNDER "CAPITAL GAIN" IF SIT IS CONVERTED INTO CAPITAL ASSET THEN WHAT IS THE TREATMENT..??

Respected Sir, My articleship period was from 25/09/2007 to 24/03/2011,but due to excess leave for exams,i have yet to do 10months more.... so sir can i take secondment or transfer for this period of 10 months ?? what is the procedure ?
