    Dear Sir Gone through your expert reply on the above subject and Thank You very much for that. Ours is a 100% EOU registered under STPI and functioning since year 2000. Till the expiry of tax benefit under sec 10B, we were claiming it and also got assessment orders till year 2008-09. Now we have got a show cause notice from IT department saying why they should not disallow the 10B claim made earlier as we have only STPI Registration and not got approved by the Board appointed by the Central Govt. in exercise of powers conferred u/s 14 of the Industris Act 1951. Could you kindly advice how do we take this up forward Thank You Sreejith
