Hi, I am practicing CA from aamchi Mumbai. I am more of an academician. Teaching is my passion. I am a fun loving lady. I Enjoy listening music, dancing, playing guitar, doing pranayam and meditation, Swimming, reading books, water sports ........... Sometimes even I myself wonder is there anything which I don't enjoy doing?

Further i love watching cartoon and comedy movies. I equally love reading books.

mam pls tell is that is this true that a student has to score 30% aggregate in each subject and 120/200 as whole? is rule applicable for CPT june,2011? if no please tell current rules regarding that

Suppose in balance sheet we have Pref. sh. as 200000 and profit & loss account as 160000. and in cash we have 80000.. it has been asked to issue MINIMUM NUMBER OF equity shares @ 10 (FV=10).. what should be the solution ?? my version of solution would be as follows: we can create Capital Redemption reserve for 160000 and issue balance 40000 as equity share ( 4000 eq shares of 10 each). anyone differs ??

respected madam my attempt in may 2010,i a IPCC student my tax paper goes very bad ,can you sug me how i will study IDT,DT to socre good marks in next attempt which book i will ref for tax especially IDT .
