Dear Sir, An huf was formed in the name of my father and grand father. Both of them have expired and as i am the only son now i am the karta of the huf left by my father and grand father. I had a querry regarding the pan card and pan number which was originally allotted to Huf in the name of my father and grand father. But as know both of them are no more and i have to file the incometax returns can you guide me weather i have to apply for a new pan card or send the same pan card to IT dept for change of name. What will be the process for the same. I am the karta of Huf know and i have my mother, my wife my son and daughter. I do have a married sister as well. will there be any share in property rental income of my sister. Please guide. Regards, Sumit Gehlot Jodhpur

sir, my client has a TDS refund of 7410/- for asst yr 08-09 and 07-08. but for asst yr 2008-09 half refund has been sent by IT Detp.... and the another half not been shown in Form 26AS ...so they could not proceed further ......what can be done???

Hello Sir,Can u please answer my qfllowing querry: In physical Exam form of ICAI for CA FINAL EXAM FOR May'2011 form B - point No.13)ask for Last appearance detail of Final (if any):Last 3exams if applicable) (Put tick mark as aplicable) Group/s First Second yyyy Roll no & Result My q is I did not appear for any paper for CA Final (New) Exam in Nov'10 as i was Hospitalised so in the coloum of 'RESULT' above wat should i write (Fail / Absent) considering that When Icai declared result & when i entered my roll no. it was not mentioned as FAIL but as 'RESULTS NOT FOUND PLS CHK WITH THE Institute'. Thanks in advance pls answer its urgent?????
