About me

I am a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2007. I did my MBA Finance from Symbiosis and B.com(H) from Delhi University. Presently I am working in Noida as a Project Controller in a Power Sector Company. My professional experience includes 6 months in Paris and 1 year in Switzerland. Also, I am pursuing DISA from ICAI.

My field of interests are accounting and finance. I also likes to study and deal in Shares and mutual Funds. Understanding IT tools attracts me to evaluate and get more and more information and audit trails while analysing and performing audits. It enables me to be creative and think more about the existence and understanding of the facts of the situations.

For the proffessional growth in life, I believe that sharing provides you to learn and develop your knowledge and understanding about the people and the subject. There should be sharing of knowledge, experience, thoughts & suggestions between friends & colleagues. Also, I consider communication as above the knowledge to achieve this. CA Club India is just doing that .

For personal Life, I believe that if you expect to get something then always keep thought of giving something also.

Dear Sir, I have prepare all the sheet with formula (i.e analysis of balance sheet, form II operation statement, Fund flow statement, calculation of working capital & calculation of proprietor capital a/c. all the sheet I prepare in excel but in fund flow statement i have negetive figure of suplus. pls send me your emial ID I will send you my file to rectify it or any changes, thank you sir.

can anybody give clear picture on VAT on SERVICE TAX as follow: one of our customer AMC of firewel charges:10000 add:service tax@10.30% i,e, 11030 again charge VAT under AP @4% on 11030 Is it correct procedure? If yes than under which rule it is ok, or say 'wrong' which section will be attarch for this ITs most urgent

suppose a co. declares dividend on 18/08/2010.its book clouser date is 21/08/2010 to 27/08/210.i want to know that would i get dividend if i bought the shares on 17/08/2010 or 21/08/2010 or 26/08/2010.is it necessarynthat shares should be in my demat a/c?
