sir, I bought the stamp paper on 5-3-2013, but I cannot register for articleship till now(7-4-2013).heard that use the stamp paper for articleship registration within 30 days of the same. Whether can I use the same for article registration? with any fine or penalty can I get my registration from 5-3-2012?
