About me

Hello to every one,

                                   This is Dintakurthi Tirumala from Gudivada, 45km away from Vijayawada,Andhrapradesh. I am simply and straight forward person. I am very frankness and I want truth always. I like to share my knowledge with others and help to others as level my best. I completed my graduate and now I am CA Final Year student and I completed my articleship.

                                       Some of the reasons I couldn’t tell my aim at this time. I want to revel this very soon.

              Some of the reasons I couldn’t provide my other details like merits, advantages etc… but I want to update very soon.

              My main demerit is “ Hand writing” but I thinking always it may be give benefit to my future.

My Message: At any situation or time don’t loose confidence of your self be thinking positive always and don’t leave it till get that what you want.

    Hello Team, I need your help in registering the Sec.25 company and my questions are: 1.I want detailed procedure of the registering a Sec.25 company; 2.whether we need to publish the general notice in newspaper for Sec.25 or not? 3.After Form1A, Form24A is to be filled but is there any need of physical verification of the documents?     I FILED DECEMBER 2012 PURCHACE VAT BILL IN JAN 2013 2A BY MISTAKE DUE TO WITCH IT MISMATCHED WITH SELLER return , Please tell me how to revise form 2A&2B , dvat site dont have opotion of revising form 2A & 2B no option on dvat site for revision

    HOW WILL WE PASS ENTRY FOR INNPUT VAT CREDIT TAKEN AGAINST OUTPUT TAX. WHAT Will be entry & narration. Will we have to open Input vat A/c And input tax credit A/c separately & pass entry at the end of each month. how output vat will be set off againt input tax . what will be the entry & narration. IF output tax is excess how entry will be passed .what will be the narration.If input tax is excess what will be the entrt & narration. Please Advice me in details along with entries & narrations
