Myself JITENDER, graduated from Delhi University in first class and become a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT in Nov-08.

I am currently working with Max Healthcare.

Respected Sir, I hv one query. We have imported Resuscitation Kit (It is useful for Manual Ventilation, Medical Equipement(Life Saving) from outside India & also paid custom duty. I want to know this product includes in which category(Custom), I heard, vat % depend on this category is it right? This product mainly use for 'Life Saving Equipement/Kit' I want to Custom Category & Vat % on this product for Maharashtra. Awaiting your valuable guidence.

thank you Jitender for ur reply and i request further clarification i.e i will take termination and i will join my articles within 4 to 6 days in my hometown and i will submit forms witin the time prescribed by the ICAI.Then my attempt will be deffered? AND What is the leave period that we r eligible at the time of termination? Please clarify
